aladin Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use aladin and how we keep that data protected. We at aladin collect personal information only to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
Our privacy practices reflect our commitment to transparency. We explain what data we hold, who has access to it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have to access or delete your information. If you have questions about our privacy practices, contact our support team via the channels listed at the end of this notice.
We recognize that your data is sensitive. Our aladin platform uses encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits to protect your account and personal information.
What Data We Collect on aladin
Account Registration and Identity Verification
When you register an account on aladin, we collect your email address, phone number, and password. We use your email to send account notifications, promotional updates (if you opt in), and support responses. Your phone number is used for account recovery and two-factor authentication if you enable it.
To verify your identity, we require a government-issued ID (national ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). We collect these documents to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and to prevent fraud. Our compliance team reviews your documents within 24–48 business hours. Once verified, your documents are stored securely and are deleted after a retention period defined by applicable law (typically 5–7 years for financial records).
We also collect your full name, date of birth, and residential address during registration. This information is used to match your identity documents and to comply with regulatory requirements in supported jurisdictions including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang.
Payment and Transaction Data
When you deposit or withdraw funds on aladin, we collect transaction details: the amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account), date, and time. We retain this data for accounting, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. Payment processors (e-wallet providers and banks) also retain transaction records on their own systems; we do not control their data retention policies.
We do not store your full payment card or e-wallet credentials on our servers. Instead, we use tokenization: payment processors issue us a token that represents your payment method, and we use that token for future transactions. This means we never see your full card number or wallet password.
Betting and Gaming Activity
We collect data about your betting and gaming activity on aladin: which games you play, your stakes, your results, and the time of each wager. We use this data to calculate your tier status, weekly cashback, and promotional eligibility. We also use it to detect unusual patterns that may indicate fraud or problem gambling.
Your betting history is stored in your account and is visible to you at any time. You can download a full record of your activity for personal record-keeping or tax purposes. We retain betting records for at least 5 years to comply with financial regulations.
Technical and Device Data
When you access aladin, our servers log your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit. We use this data to diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud, and improve our platform performance. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your login status and preferences.
Our aladin platform uses Google Analytics to track aggregate user behavior (how many users visit, which pages are popular, etc.). This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.
How We Use and Protect Your Data
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We at aladin do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we share data with the following categories of processors:
- Payment processors: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking/local payment/online payment/e-wallet receive transaction details necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
- Compliance and anti-fraud services: We share identity and transaction data with third-party verification services to detect fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Game providers: We share minimal data (your user ID and game activity) with game developers to enable live-dealer streaming, slot games, and sportsbook odds.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government request.
All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing or other purposes.
Data Storage and International Transfer
Our aladin servers may be located outside your jurisdiction. This means your data may be transferred to and stored in countries with different data protection laws. By using aladin, you consent to this international transfer. We ensure that all transfers are encrypted and that receiving countries have adequate data protection standards or we have contractual safeguards in place.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a retention period after closure (typically 5–7 years for financial records). After the retention period expires, we delete or anonymize your data unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
