By opening an account on our aladin platform, you accept the terms outlined here. Our terms define the rights and responsibilities of both our aladin brand and our members. We frame these terms to be clear rather than exhaustive—if questions arise, our support team can clarify specific situations.
Our aladin platform operates in jurisdictions where online wagering is permitted by local law. Your access and use of our service depend on your verification that you comply with applicable regulations in your region. These terms apply uniformly to all members regardless of location within our supported service areas.

Account Opening and Member Eligibility on aladin
When you join aladin, you create an account by providing your email, phone number, and password. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to open an account and place bets. E-wallet deposits typically settle within minutes; bank transfers may take 1–2 hours. You are responsible for ensuring you deposit to the correct account (your aladin virtual account or e-wallet transfer link). Deposits sent to an incorrect destination are not our responsibility to recover.
Withdrawals on aladin are processed to your registered payment method. We do not allow withdrawals to accounts other than the one used for your deposit. Withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud and compliance review; typical review windows are 24–72 hours, though we do not guarantee fixed processing times. If your withdrawal is delayed or denied, we will notify you with the reason.
If you have active bonus credits with outstanding play-through requirements, you cannot withdraw bonus balance until the requirement is met. You may withdraw your own funds (non-bonus balance) at any time. Cashback earned through regular play carries no withdrawal restrictions and can be withdrawn immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse or reverse deposits or withdrawals if we detect fraudulent activity, money-laundering attempts, or violations of our terms. Disputed transactions can be reported to our support team with evidence; our team investigates and responds within 2–3 business days.
Our aladin Bonus and Promotion Terms
Our aladin welcome bonus is offered to new members after their first deposit settles. We do not advertise a fixed bonus amount; the offer varies based on deposit size and payment method. All promotion terms are displayed in your account under "Promotions" before you claim any bonus. By claiming a bonus, you accept the stated terms and any play-through requirements.
Our weekly cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses each calendar week (Monday through Sunday). Cashback is credited Monday mornings to your rewards wallet and can be withdrawn immediately or used for future play. Tier status is calculated monthly based on cumulative play volume. Your tier resets on the first day of each calendar month. Tier benefits apply automatically; you do not need to claim them separately.
Our referral program allows you to earn bonuses when referred friends complete registration and make qualifying deposits. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred friend meets the signup conditions. We reserve the right to audit referral patterns and forfeit bonuses if we detect collusion or fraud.
We may modify promotion terms, bonus amounts, or tier structures at any time. Changes apply to new claims going forward; existing active bonuses are honored under the terms they were claimed under. Material changes will be notified to all active members via email.
Bets, Settlement, and Dispute Resolution
When you place a bet on our aladin platform—whether on Liga 1, Piala AFF, live-dealer tables, or slots—you are committing funds to that wager. Bets cannot be cancelled once placed (except where live cash-out is offered). Bets settle according to official results or game outcomes. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, we settle bets according to the rules of the relevant sports body or game provider.
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact our support team within 7 days of settlement with your bet reference number and description of the dispute. Our team reviews the bet against official results and game rules. If we find an error, we correct your account. If we determine the settlement was correct, we explain our reasoning in detail.
We do not accept disputes more than 30 days after settlement. Disputes related to odds accuracy, probability, or strategy are not grounds for reversal; odds are set at the time of bet placement and may change before or after settlement.
Jurisdiction, Restrictions, and Account Closure
Our aladin services are available only in jurisdictions where online wagering is permitted by applicable local law. You are responsible for verifying that your access and use comply with regulations in your region. If online betting is prohibited in your location, do not open an aladin account.
We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts that violate our terms, including: multiple accounts opened by the same person; fraudulent identity verification; money-laundering or suspicious financial patterns; bonus abuse or collusive referral activity; or use of automated bots or tools to exploit our platform.
If we close your account, we will notify you with the reason and provide a withdrawal period (typically 30 days) to recover your balance. Funds held in your account are preserved during this period. After the withdrawal period expires, unclaimed balances are forfeited.
Members in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang are subject to the same terms and policies as all aladin members. We do not offer region-specific terms or exceptions. If local law changes and our service becomes unavailable in your jurisdiction, we will notify you and allow a withdrawal window before restricting access.

Liability, Indemnity, and Terms Changes

You use our service at your own risk. You indemnify us against claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or applicable law.
We may amend these terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of aladin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email to active members.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our aladin service is offered. Any disputes are resolved according to those laws and our dispute-resolution procedures outlined above.
